1. Who we are
The Scranton Branch Shop is an online store that sells customized 3D printed nameplates and related products. We operate from India and currently sell only to customers within India.

2. What information we collect

Payment information. Your payment is processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. We receive limited information such as confirmation of payment and a transaction reference.
Order information. This includes the products you buy, order value, order date, and delivery status.
Technical and usage information. When you browse our site we automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, and how you reached our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 8.
Marketing preferences. If you sign up for our newsletter or opt in to marketing, we record that consent along with your contact details.
3. How we use your information

To process and fulfill your order. This includes making your customized product, taking payment, arranging shipping, and sending order confirmations and delivery updates.
