How do I receive my files?: The moment your payment clears, your files are ready to download right on the confirmation page — no waiting. We also email the files straight to the address you enter at checkout, so you'll always have them. No account required.
Can I download more than once?: Yes. Your links never expire. You can download again any time — from the confirmation page or your email — if you get a new computer, lose a file, or come back next Halloween.
What file format do I get?: It depends on the type. 'Print & Trace' designs come as a PDF you print at home (US Letter and A4). 'Cutting Machine' designs include that same PDF plus ready-to-cut files (SVG, DXF, AI, CDR, PNG). Each product page shows exactly what's included under 'What you get.'
What sizes come with a design?: Each product page lists the sizes it comes in (for example 6 ft, 7 ft, and 8 ft). The PDF prints across several pages, so you pick the size that fits your yard.
Which designs work with my Cricut, laser or CNC?: Look for the 'Cutting Machine' label. Those come with ready-to-cut files (SVG, DXF, AI, CDR, PNG) for Cricut, laser, and CNC, plus a PDF for hand-cutting and a file for a projector. 'Print & Trace' designs are for printing and cutting by hand only — print them, trace onto wood, and cut.
Do you offer refunds?: Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final. If something is wrong with your files or a link won't work, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I sell what I make?: Our files come with a personal-use license — make all you like for yourself and as gifts, but please don't resell or share the digital files. See the full terms & license.
